Iss Baar Nahi

Who was not shattered by the Mumbai’s 26/11 bomb blasts? Not just the city, but the whole country was traumatised by the inhumanity. The shock, the pain, the fear, though still is a part of our lives, we seem to have taken it very lightly. “Iss Baar Nahin,” is a revolution in itself. Somewhere deep down, we all want to get up and fight. Fight against the brutality and inhumanity, but for some reason, we chose to keep mum. We chose to continue living till some other day, some psychopaths choose to kill us for no reason. This poem is about those unfought battles we all want to fight.
